Naturally Hawaiian Sale RECAP. We were on the news and on the air!

We had another successful Holiday Sale this year. Thanks to all who came out. For those who missed it, SWEET HOME WAIMANALO was giving away free plate lunches that included their smoked chiken and a smoked pig that they caught and cooked themselves, Naturally Hawaiian style!

Lots of old and new friends made it out to show their support by getting the new monk seal t-shirts. KHNL paid a visit and featured us on the 7pm and 9pm news on Channel 8 and Channel 5. (We will be including that clip here once we have it uplaoded to youtube.)

Also, Daniela called into KSSK and they aired a PSA for us as well.

Just a reminder, my originals will still be showing until the 1st of the year, so you still have time to get one for the holidays!

Thanks to all who came by and showed their support and Aloha. We are looking forward to an exciting new year and can't wait for you to see all the exciting things we have planned!

HEADLESS HORSEMAN HAUNTS WAIMANALO!

Waimanlo-Mysterious headless horseman was seen outside of the Naturally Hawaiian Gallery on Halloween day, scaring passerbys, small children and tourists.

"I looked out the window and there he was," said Sam, Assistant Manager of the Gallery "He was standing right out front by one of the horses. He came in and bought one of Patrick paintings then dissapeared!"
Everyone in Waimanalo was abuzz about the unusual appearance. Although the Police were notified, they did not arrive in time to apprehend him.
"Maybe next year." the officer on the scene said. "We will certainly be looking out for him next time."

THIS JUST IN!
Rumor has it headless horseman is non other than Patrick Ching! Beachgoers and innocent bystanders were left breathless at the sight of the headless horseman of Waimanalo. It was a difficult project just to find a horse willing to carry the mythical horseman when all the other horses within sight of them fled to the farthest corners of their paddocks."
“Hombre”, belonging to Dana Vennen of Therepeutic Horsemanship of Hawaii, was the perfect horse for the job. Together Hombre and the horseman chased trolleys full of freaked out visitors through the golfing range during Bellows’ Boo Bash event the weekend before Halloween. Returning from the event was even funner as unsuspecting campers were visited in the midnight by the dark duo. The horseman made a brief appearance at the final Waimanalo polo game of the season. The game was cancelled due to rain but the horseman kicked up some dust on the post game dance floor.

The job of painting Naturally Hawaiian’s famous Halloween horse went to Toy Eastes. The Skeletal horse this year got to wear a flower lei and special Halloween SHO'TZ (Shorts).

The Horseman the revisited his favorite Naturally Hawaiian Gallery. Patrick Ching was not available to meet the horseman so art consultant Sam Cruz gave him the traditional rabbit ears, taking the spooky edge off the terrifying horseman

The headless Horseman was last seen riding through Sherwoods’ Forest but has since disappeared into the Waimanalo Sunrise. He vows to return next Halloween, er, um… so the story goes...
